So we have made it this far… I believe my co-driver, Henry, was unconvinced I would even make it as far as Neil and Zayne’s
magnificent wedding on Saturday. My father thought Dover!
We are now planning on driving at a slightly more leisurely pace down towards Istanbul, probably spending tonight in Bratislava or maybe heading on down towards Budapest and christening our tents!
We were having great fun with our slightly cheating Navigon system yesterday which even took us down some rather peculiar farm tracks after we took a wrong turning. God knows how Heidi, as she has now been christened, knew about them. The quality of the mapping is superlative and we are both hugely grateful to Navigon for the donation. Made all the difference going down the back streets of Prague.
Prague is a great city and deeply disappointed not to stay for longer!
