Yesterday I had the first round of injections.
Very alarmingly and terrifyingly expensive…
Rabies and Hepatitis B no less. Apparently, the other one I could have had was Japanese Encyphalitis or something nasty sounding like that. Since the chance of dying was 100,000 to 1 is about the same as my catching the disease, I think I will chance it!
So we are pushing up the amount raised… If some of my larger pledges come through we will be just over the £2,000 mark. So not so bad really. Still a longish way to go so please please dig generously. With your help, we can help these charities to make a real difference.
