Totally unrelated, well almost to my Mongolia trip, but yesterday some vandals tried to steal my bike…. They ruined the back wheel, buckling it out of recognition and undid the front one throwing away the bolts!
I had to carry the thing miles to the nearest bike shop… However I would just like to commend the Cycle Surgery on The Holloway Road for some absolutely outstanding service.
They really seem like a brilliant little company, so much so that I nearly bought a bicycle rack to stick on the back of my 2CV to take my bike with me…. Fortunately reason had the better of me….
